Processing & Shipping

Each piece is handcrafted to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your piece(s) and current order volume.

  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, though it may take up to 7 days depending on location and carrier delays.

  • Tracking information will be automatically provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Gift Options

Each piece is carefully packaged with both presentation and protection in mind.

For smaller items (under 7x7 inches), orders are shipped in thoughtfully prepared packaging that reflects the handcrafted nature of your piece. This includes a clean, elevated presentation suitable for gifting—no additional wrapping required. (See photo for example.)

For larger pieces (exceeding 7x7 inches), packaging is upgraded to prioritize safe delivery. These orders are secured using more durable materials, which may include:

  • Thicker protective foam

  • Reinforced structural support (such as wood bracing)

  • Additional cushioning and stabilization materials

This ensures your piece arrives safely while maintaining a high standard of care.

Gift Packaging

If you are sending your piece as a gift, enhanced gift packaging options may be available for an additional fee. Please reach out prior to ordering to arrange custom presentation details.

  • All hangable stained glass pieces include a complimentary suction cup and hanging line for convenience upon arrival.

  • Suction cups are intended for temporary use only.

  • For long-term display and safety, I recommend hanging your piece using a secure wall-mounted hook, nail, or screw anchored properly into a wall or window frame.

  • Due to the nature of suction cups, I cannot guarantee their long-term hold and am not responsible for damage resulting from their use.

Care & Handling

Stained glass is fragile and should be handled with care.

  • Avoid dropping or applying pressure.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
