Processing time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your piece(s) and current order volume.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, though it may take up to 7 days depending on location and carrier delays.
Tracking information will be automatically provided once your order has shipped.

All hangable stained glass pieces include a complimentary suction cup and hanging line for convenience upon arrival.
Suction cups are intended for temporary use only.
For long-term display and safety, I recommend hanging your piece using a secure wall-mounted hook, nail, or screw anchored properly into a wall or window frame.
Due to the nature of suction cups, I cannot guarantee their long-term hold and am not responsible for damage resulting from their use.

Stained glass is fragile and should be handled with care.
Avoid dropping or applying pressure.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
